"Live Out Loud!" is a class where you learn how to say what you want to say without hesitating or worrying about what others might think of you. Many suppress or tank what they want to express. That is plain unhealthy! But, you don't have to walk around naked in your thoughts or spewing your raw emotions. You do not have to say everything. If something is stopping you from being honest then there is some beliefs behind that stop you. This class allows you to earn the skills and insights into yourself, free yourself from being tanking your emotions and relax into being who you are.
